WORK.CRAFT.CREATE.EMBRACE.

At Rag Nation, each garment is an exciting journey from conception to shipment. Your designs are studied well before taking action, and the most feasible development route is planned as required.

DEVELOPMENT & BULK

Product development timeline is usually between 2 to 3 weeks depending on design complexity and the processes involved in making it. Your technical files are translated and studied by the whole team prior to sourcing materials and development planning.

MATERIAL SOURCING

Once the design materials are fully embraced, Clan members start sourcing the materials that fit best. As much as we prefer to stay local when sourcing materials, our network is quite international. Our customers may as well choose to nominate their own preferred materials.

PATTERN-MAKING

An area of liberty for our customers. You may choose to share your digital or printed patterns, or we create them for you using your technical files and/or physical reference samples.

THE MAKE

This is where we get physical. What's on the paper is translated into crafts. We start with cutting. Pieces of the puzzle are then assembled in our atelier and prepared for wet processing. We are capable of applying both conventional and sustainable processes. From basic washes to heavy distressings, laser applications, garment dyeing, coating and staining are all parts of the process.

Once the garment gains form and style, a final touch comes from our finishing team and the style transforms into perfection. We ship your samples via courier and wait for your comments to proceed to the next step. Multiple samplings such as SMS, PPS and Size Sets are also within our practice when necessary.

THE BULK

Once the development process is complete, we attend to details like grading, packaging requirements, material orders and general planning in order to start production. Bulk is typically produced between 4 to 6 weeks again depending on the design and processes involved as those factors are the backbones of production planning.

Once the bulk is finished, a QC process takes place based on AQL 2.5 guidelines. Our customers may as well nominate third party institutions to perform it. As the final step, goods are shipped either via courier, air-cargo or truck depending on choice.
